Event horizon telescope is a collection of radio telescopes from all over the world. But first 2. What is a radio telescope? Radio telescope is a type of antenna and radio receiver used to receive radio waves coming from astronomical radio sources in the sky which emit strong radio waves. They scan across an object in space and receive radio waves from each spots around that object some spots have stronger radio waves than the rest this data is the stored on pixels and that’s how radio telescopes get the image.
